Empowerment of the youth and reduction of youth unemployment remains our strategic CSR drive in Nigeria and Alimosho in particular. Every quarter we empower hundreds of youth to be completely independent. As regard the Grow-out Operation value chain of the fish industry we train interested and shortlisted beneficiaries on every aspect of Grow-out Operation production and that is not all, all who completes the training are given number of broodstock, fish tanks, appropriate fish feed  and any other accessories the association deems appropriate for beneficiaries to succeed FREE. The idea is that the beneficiary would nurture the initial broodstock to table fish  sell them out to consumers or fish processors buy  the next batch nurture and sell and the circle continues until the beneficially truly becomes financially independent.
